The Clipper Round the World racing yachts have just returned from their celebrated fourth circumnavigation and are available to charter for the Little Britain Challenge Cup from 12 - 15 September 2013.
Experience the thrill of the world’s largest matched fleet of 68 foot ocean racing yachts, with their own racing class in the ultimate construction industry regatta.
Your team, of up to twelve people, will be led by the same specialists who prepare novice crews for the famous Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, so no sailing experience is necessary.
The state-of-the-art stripped down racing yachts come from the drawing board of renowned yacht designer Ed Dubois. These masthead cutters have been designed for fast downwind ocean racing. Built for speed and safety the yachts give those on board an unprecedented hands on racing experience.
THE OFFER
· Three days of competitive racing, and a half day motor/sail back to Portsmouth
· Full training for all sailing abilities
· The Clipper 68s will race in their own class under IRC ratings
· Accommodation onboard on a Clipper yacht is included for the duration of the event.
