Take Part in the RORC Race to Madeira!

14 February 2008

In July 2008, the Clipper 68 fleet returns from the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. The fleet will then compete in Cork and Cowes Weeks before entering the RORC Madeira Race.

Clipper invite you to compete on the world’s largest one-design round the world racing fleet in this exciting ocean racing event, covering 2600 nautical miles in 18 days of offshore racing.

The race will cross the English Channel, on its way past the Channel Islands, down the stunning west coast of France, take on the unpredictable weather of the Bay of Biscay and on past the Spanish and Portuguese coast and the west coast of Africa to Madeira. A short stop in Madeira for crew changes and supplies before the homeward leg.
